The lakefront community of Margaree Gardens consists of 22 home sites on a peninsula on the northern side of Lake Minnehaha. The peninsula is bordered in the north by Lake Winona. With its unique position between the two lakes and situated on a peninsula, Margaree Gardens homes are all homes on the water with stunning lake views. Lake Minnehaha is the second largest lake in the chain of lakes in Clermont, Florida. It is connected to Lake Susan by a short river. Margaree Gardens homes on the water rarely come available for sale but when they do, asking prices range from $690,000 to $1,250,000 and up.
