Just off of Lake Shore Drive, skirting between Lake Minnehaha and Lake Susan is the small community of Lake Ridge Club. Mere minutes to Clermont's chain of lakes, historic downtown and lively lakefront parks for hiking, biking, boating, fishing, jet skiing and kayaking, this lakefront community is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Clermont area. With about a 30 minute commute to Orlando and its theme parks, Lake Ridge Club is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a day of fun at Universal, Disney or Sea World.

Lake Minnehaha averages 14 feet deep with areas as deep as 18 feet, making it perfect for your favorite water sports.
Lake Ridge Club features large single family homes built primarily in the 1990's and 2000's. This lakefront community is one of the most desirable communities in the Clermont area, with homes rarely coming to market. In fact, only six homes were sold from 2017 through 2020. Most homes feature 3 or more bedrooms and 2 or more bathrooms with 2-3 car garages. Set atop the Clermont hills, several homes have views of either Lake Minnehaha or Lake Susan.
